Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled at WebOsum.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from WebOsum (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy on Completed Services

Since our services involve time, effort, consulting, and digital work, payments for completed or delivered services are non-refundable.

2. Advance / Upfront Payments

Any advance, deposit, or upfront payment made to start a project or booking is non-refundable, as resources are allocated immediately after confirmation.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before work has started, we may cancel the order, but any advance payment will not be refunded. No additional charges will apply.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already begun, all payments made are final and non-refundable. Remaining unpaid milestones or invoices may still be payable based on the agreed scope.

5. Digital Products & Deliverables

Digital assets, designs, code, content, or any downloadable material are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

6. Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, change in business direction, lack of usage, or failure to provide required information or feedback on time.

7. Quality & Revisions

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, we may offer revisions based on the original project scope, but this does not imply eligibility for a refund.

8. Subscriptions & Recurring Services

For monthly or yearly subscriptions (e.g., hosting, maintenance, marketing services):

  • Fees already billed are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided.

9. Project Delays Due to Client

If a project is delayed due to missing content, approvals, or communication from the client, no refund will be issued. Work may resume once required materials are provided.

10. Service Cancellation by WebOsum

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service in cases of misuse, abuse, non-payment, illegal activity, or policy violations. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication may be treated as a breach of terms. We reserve the right to suspend services and take legal or recovery actions.
